Is delivery included in the price?

Setup, teardown and collection are included in every price. Transport is charged separately by distance from our Waiyaki Way warehouse to your venue, and is itemised on your quote rather than hidden inside the item price.

What deposit do you need to secure a date?

A 50% deposit secures your date, paid by M-Pesa once the quote is agreed. There is no online checkout — you build a list, send it over, and we return an itemised quotation.

Delivery to your venue by our own crew, full setup, teardown after the event, and collection. We own the inventory and the fleet, so no part of it is sub-hired.

Charged separately

Transport is charged by distance from our Waiyaki Way warehouse to your venue, and by the truck size the booking needs. It is itemised on your quote — never hidden inside a price above.

Hire period

A standard hire is 24 hours, counted from the moment setup is complete. Multi-day hires are quoted separately. Play equipment such as bouncing castles hires on that same 24-hour basis; for safety and visibility we strongly recommend active play happens in daylight, ideally between 10am and 6pm. Attended acts — clowns, mascots, face painters — are booked as a session finishing by 6pm, because one of our crew supervises it throughout. Full children’s equipment terms.
