Triple arch backdrop with balloons: what you hire
The triple arch backdrop is three wooden boards standing side by side, each 4 ft wide and 6 ft tall by our listing, with an organic balloon garland built around them in the colours of your event. Organic means mixed balloon sizes set in a loose, layered cluster instead of a neat repeating arch. The whole installation costs KSh 32,000. That covers the three boards, the balloons, our crew building it on site and taking it down after the standard 24-hour hire. Transport is priced by distance from our yard on Waiyaki Way in Uthiru.
How wide is a 3 panel backdrop?
One board is 1.22 m wide and 1.83 m tall. Set three edge to edge and the boards alone run about 3.7 m before the garland spills past the outer edges. Wall space is the number to check first. A window, a door or the edge of a stage can sit right where the backdrop wants to go, so measure the clear width and send it with your booking. Compare that with the double board balloon backdrop, which its listing gives as 2.4 m by 2.4 m, or the round balloon backdrop board, a single circle 2 m across.
Chiara arch backdrop, 3 piece backdrop: the names
Buyers search for the same idea under several names: a 3 piece backdrop, a 3 panel backdrop with balloons, a triple arch, or a chiara arch backdrop. Chiara is the trade name for the round-topped arch stand. The set of three covers that BreeBe sells for those stands comes in graded heights of 5, 6 and 7 ft, from 2 to 3.3 ft wide. Ours, by our listing, are three boards of one size, 4 by 6 ft, so the set is wider and more even than that graded trio. Whether your boards have rounded or square tops, and whether the heights step, we confirm on the quote.
Where it stands, and what goes in front
Our listing places it behind a cake table, behind the main seating, at the entrance, or as the photo area. A dressed cake table fits in front of the middle board. For a couple or a guest of honour, a white leather two-seater sofa makes it a seat as well as a background. At a 30th or a 50th, marquee numbers beside it put the age in lights. The same listing limits it to indoor venues and covered outdoor spaces, so on a lawn it needs a roof: a 12 by 12 ft canopy tent covers the boards and the table in front.
One board, two or three?
If the budget or the wall is smaller, there are simpler builds. The single display board is KSh 14,000, the round board KSh 15,000 and the double board KSh 18,000. Three boards give the widest frame of the set, room for a whole family to stand in front. Every build, from the single board to the largest, is under balloon backdrops.
Before you book
Tell us your colours and whether you want lettering or a printed design on the boards; our listing does not say that artwork is in the price, so we confirm it on the quote. Changes to the colours or the size need 48 hours' notice. Balloon shades vary slightly from one batch to the next. A 50% deposit reserves the boards for your date.

Three-board backdrop questions
How much is the three-board balloon backdrop?
KSh 32,000 per backdrop for the installation: three boards, balloons, set-up and take-down. Transport is added by distance.
How big is it?
Each board is 4 × 6 ft (1.22 × 1.83 m); three side by side run about 3.7 m, plus the balloons at the sides.
Can it go outside?
Under cover only: our listing limits it to indoor venues and covered outdoor spaces.
Can the boards carry names or a message?
Ask with your booking and we confirm lettering and its price on the quote.
Will the colours match the photos exactly?
Very closely, but we would rather be honest about the small print of physical materials. Fresh flowers are natural products and vary slightly in colour, size and shape between batches. Balloon shades vary a little between manufacturers and production runs. And colours on a phone or laptop screen are never a perfect match for the same colour in daylight — that one catches people out more than anything else. Custom designs also need a degree of creative interpretation. Where a particular flower, colour or décor item becomes unavailable we will propose an equivalent, and anything materially different we discuss with you first. For custom boards, signs and printing, please check the proof carefully — once you have approved it, an error in the approved information may cost extra to reproduce.
What happens if I need to cancel?
More than 7 days before your event, we will move your deposit once to a new date within 60 days, subject to availability — we would rather keep your business than keep your money. The new date has to be mutually confirmed, and if quantities, location, season or logistics have changed the quotation may be revised. Within 7 days of the event the deposit is normally non-refundable and non-transferable, because by then equipment, décor, staff and transport have already been committed to you. If an event is cancelled after we have dispatched, arrived, started setting up or prepared customised materials, the full outstanding amount may remain payable. Any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have under Kenyan law are unaffected by any of this.
