Is the tent included in every package?
Yes, sized to your guest count. Simply Dressed and Styled & Themed come with a canopy or a draped high-peak tent — your choice, same price. Signature uses a B-Line tent.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Simply Dressed seats everyone on dressed chairs at dressed tables, with fresh flowers, a customised balloon backdrop, a welcome stand and a cake table. Styled & Themed adds white Chiavari chairs, a balloon arch at the entrance and a white board stage. Signature brings designer chairs (Ella Luxe, Jade or Rustic), a B-Line tent, gold or silver cutlery with water goblets, tall flower centrepieces, a décor arch, a customised stage and a styling cart.
What if my guest count is between sizes — say 65?
Packages come in sizes of ten, from 10 to 200 guests. Type your exact number and we price the next size up (70 for 65), and show you that we did. Your exact number goes on your quote.
Can I choose the colours and the wording?
Yes. The balloon backdrop is customised for you — pick a palette on this page or describe your own, and give us the words to put on it.
Can I add more, or swap something?
Yes. Add the package, then tap Customise: the Quick Builder opens over the page with your package in it, and you can add lighting, more tables, entertainment or anything from the hire range.
How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% deposit of the quoted total confirms the booking and reserves your date, the equipment and the crew. Until that deposit is received and confirmed, items stay available to other customers — a quotation, a WhatsApp conversation or a provisional date does not hold stock. Payment is by M-Pesa or the method shown on your quotation. A payment screenshot is not treated as cleared until we have received and verified it.
Is transport included in the price?
No, and we say so everywhere rather than hiding it. Transport is quoted as a separate line item, calculated from the distance between our Waiyaki Way warehouse and your venue and the size of truck the booking needs. Nothing about it is hidden — you see the figure on your quotation before you pay anything. It can also depend on the number of trips, road and access conditions, loading requirements and collection time.
Is setup and teardown included in the price?
Yes. Our own crew delivers, sets up, dismantles and collects, and that labour is included in the hire price. What is charged separately is the mileage — see the transport clause. You do not need to wash or clean anything before collection; ordinary cleaning is included.
Can I change my order after paying the deposit?
Yes, and the earlier the better — please give us at least 48 hours where you can. Additions are subject to what is in stock and are invoiced separately; last-minute additions are never guaranteed. Reductions are where it gets more complicated: once we have committed stock, crew and transport to your event, a reduction of more than 10% may not reduce the price proportionally, and customised items already made cannot normally be cancelled.
