What type of ground surface can this tent be set up on?

Our tents can be anchored on grass (using pegs) or on hard surfaces like concrete or paving tiles (using heavy weight-bags). Please indicate your surface type in the event notes during checkout so our crew brings the right anchoring gear.

How long is the rental period for a tent setup?

The standard price covers an 8-hour event session, counted from the moment setup is complete. Delivery, setup and teardown are scheduled outside that window at no extra charge. For weekend events, we typically set up on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning and teardown on Sunday or Monday morning, subject to availability.

Are your tents fully waterproof and windproof?

Yes, our high-peak marquee and dome tents use heavy-duty, waterproof PVC canvasses designed to handle standard heavy rains and strong winds common in Nairobi. Draped finishes are interior-only.
