Do you require a deposit to reserve hire items?

Yes. A 50% deposit via M-Pesa or bank transfer secures the items for your event date. The remaining 50% is cleared before delivery, unloading or setup begins.

Can I make changes to my hire quantities after booking?

Yes. Please give us at least 48 hours where you can. Additions depend on stock and are invoiced separately. Once stock, crew and transport are committed to your date, cutting more than 10% of the value may not reduce the price proportionally.

Decor for the route guests walk — aisle markers, path edging and entrance dressing that turn a stretch of grass or corridor into part of the event.

The walkway is where guests form their first impression, and it is usually the last thing anyone budgets for. Priced per piece so a short aisle and a long driveway can both be covered sensibly.
