What is the difference between the Play Party and the Styled Party?
The Play Party (Standard) is built around play: a bouncing castle or trampoline with a kids minder, a themed tent, kids Chiavari chairs, themed party ware and a gift box and water bottle for every child. The Styled Party (Premium Themed) is built for the photos: a double-board balloon backdrop around the theme, white Chiavari chairs with cushions, themed tables, e-invites, a host with games, face painting and balloon art — and it still has the castle or trampoline with a minder.
Who watches the bouncing castle?
A kids minder comes with the bouncing castle or trampoline in both packages.
Is entertainment included in the Play Party?
From 20 kids the Play Party includes Mr Clown with party games and face painting; from 25 kids it adds balloon art. The Styled Party includes a host with games, face painting and balloon art at every size.
Does the theme change the price?
The prices on this page are for the package and the number of kids. Tell us the theme when you add the package — if anything for that theme costs extra, we tell you before you pay.
Are chairs for the adults included?
The packages seat the children. Add chairs and tables for the adults from our hire range — the Customise button opens the Quick Builder for exactly that.
What if more kids are coming than the largest size?
The Play Party goes up to 35 kids and the Styled Party to 30. For more, message us — we price it for your number.
How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% deposit of the quoted total confirms the booking and reserves your date, the equipment and the crew. Until that deposit is received and confirmed, items stay available to other customers — a quotation, a WhatsApp conversation or a provisional date does not hold stock. Payment is by M-Pesa or the method shown on your quotation. A payment screenshot is not treated as cleared until we have received and verified it.
Is transport included in the price?
No, and we say so everywhere rather than hiding it. Transport is quoted as a separate line item, calculated from the distance between our Waiyaki Way warehouse and your venue and the size of truck the booking needs. Nothing about it is hidden — you see the figure on your quotation before you pay anything. It can also depend on the number of trips, road and access conditions, loading requirements and collection time.
Is setup and teardown included in the price?
Yes. Our own crew delivers, sets up, dismantles and collects, and that labour is included in the hire price. What is charged separately is the mileage — see the transport clause. You do not need to wash or clean anything before collection; ordinary cleaning is included.
Can I change my order after paying the deposit?
Yes, and the earlier the better — please give us at least 48 hours where you can. Additions are subject to what is in stock and are invoiced separately; last-minute additions are never guaranteed. Reductions are where it gets more complicated: once we have committed stock, crew and transport to your event, a reduction of more than 10% may not reduce the price proportionally, and customised items already made cannot normally be cancelled.
