What is your policy on damages or stains?

We inspect all chairs and cushions upon return. Minor wear is expected. However, severe stains, paint spills, burns, or breakage will attract a replacement fee specified in our terms of hire.

Can these chairs be used outdoors in case of rain?

Standard plastic and plastic-acrylic chairs (like ghost chairs) are fully weatherproof. Chiavari, Dior, and upholstered lounge seating must be placed under a tent or canopy to protect the cushions and fabric from dampness.
