Questions about pricing your event
What is the Quick Builder?
A free guided tool that prices your whole event in about two minutes. Tell it the occasion and your guests, tick what you need, and it counts the chairs, tables and tents for you from our live price list — or start from a ready package, a few items, or something custom. What you pick goes into your Quote List; delivery to your area and the 50% deposit are worked out, and you send it to us on WhatsApp or ask us to call.
How accurate is the estimate?
Every price comes straight from our current price list, so items and packages are priced exactly. Delivery is exact for places we have measured and an estimate (marked as one) for the rest. We confirm everything, including your date, when we reply.
Do I have to choose a package?
No. Start from a package, build your event item by item, mix the two, or just hire a few things with no event questions at all. If what you want is not on the site, use "Something custom" — describe it, add photos and a budget, and a planner replies.
What happens when I change the number of guests?
Chairs, tables, linen, tableware and tents that follow your guest count resize at once. Anything you set yourself stays as you set it, and we tell you what moved.
What happens after I send my estimate?
Our team checks every item against your date and replies on WhatsApp or by phone. A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is paid before setup.
Can I come back to it later or share it?
Yes. Your estimate stays on your phone, and "Save & share" gives you a code and a link. Anyone you share it with can open it; their changes are saved as their own copy.
