Four simple rules, always shown
Set by our team and applied the same way to everyone.
a kilometre
Counted one way from our yard; it covers both trips — bringing it and collecting it.
minimum
Short trips still need a lorry and a crew, so nearby venues pay the minimum.
dates
No peak extra is set today. If one applies to your date, the calculator shows it.
by quotation
Far venues, and places outside our usual area, get a personal quote — usually the same day.
Delivery questions
How is the delivery cost worked out?
We take the road distance from our yard (Waiyaki Way, Uthiru) to your venue and multiply it by KSh 240 a kilometre. That one figure covers bringing everything before the event and collecting it after. Short trips have a minimum of KSh 3,000. The total is rounded up to the next KSh 100.
Is the distance exact?
For places our team has measured, yes. For other places we estimate the road distance from the map and label the price "estimated" — the team confirms it when they reply, before you pay anything.
What if my area is not on the list?
Search for it and tap "Find it on the map", drop a pin on your venue, or use your phone's location if you are there. You see a price straight away and we confirm it when we reply.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi, Kiambu and Kajiado?
Yes. Venues further than 120 km from us, and places outside our usual area, are priced by quotation — send us the venue and date on WhatsApp and we usually reply the same day.
Is setup included?
Setup, teardown and collection are included in every package. The delivery price is the transport itself — the lorry and crew travelling to your venue and back.
