Do you require a deposit to reserve hire items?

Yes. A 50% deposit via M-Pesa or bank transfer secures the items for your event date. The remaining 50% is cleared before delivery, unloading or setup begins.

Can I make changes to my hire quantities after booking?

Yes. Please give us at least 48 hours where you can. Additions depend on stock and are invoiced separately. Once stock, crew and transport are committed to your date, cutting more than 10% of the value may not reduce the price proportionally.

A 2x3ft table supplied already dressed — linen, skirting and styling included rather than a bare table you then have to cover. The cake table is photographed more than any other surface at the event, so it is the wrong one to improvise.

Sized deliberately small: a compact table makes the cake look larger and keeps guests from crowding the display.
