Is there a minimum order for delivery?
No minimum order. Whether you need one chair or a full tent setup, simply add items to your Cart and request a quote — our team will handle the logistics from there.
How is transport logistics calculated?
Logistics are calculated as a separate line item on your quotation based on the mileage from our Waiyaki Way, Uthiru warehouse to your venue location and the scale of the truck (e.g. 3-ton, 10-ton) required for the selected inventory.
Is there a refundable damage deposit required?
Yes, on high-value rentals such as PA sound systems, Dior chairs and premium linens. The deposit runs between KSh 10,000 and KSh 50,000 depending on item scale, and the exact figure is shown on your quotation rather than sprung on you later. We hold it briefly after collection while the equipment is inspected at our warehouse, then return the refundable portion once inspection is complete - normally within a few working days.
