Good to know before you book
How do I confirm availability for my event date?
Simply add the item to your "Event List" and request a quote. Our team will verify database availability for your specific date and confirm with you on WhatsApp within 1 minute.
Do you require a deposit to reserve hire items?
Yes. A 50% deposit via M-Pesa or bank transfer secures the items for your event date. The remaining 50% is cleared before delivery, unloading or setup begins.
Can I make changes to my hire quantities after booking?
Yes. Please give us at least 48 hours where you can. Additions depend on stock and are invoiced separately. Once stock, crew and transport are committed to your date, cutting more than 10% of the value may not reduce the price proportionally.
