Exhibition Tent - Draped

Our tents can be anchored on grass (using pegs) or on hard surfaces like concrete or paving tiles (using heavy weight-bags). Please indicate your surface type in the event notes during checkout so our crew brings the right anchoring gear.

The standard price is for a 24-hour event session. For weekend events, we typically set up on Friday afternoon or Saturday morning and teardown on Sunday or Monday morning at no extra charge, subject to availability.

Yes, our high-peak marquee and dome tents use heavy-duty, waterproof PVC canvasses designed to handle standard heavy rains and strong winds common in Nairobi. Draped finishes are interior-only.
