Can I change the canvas draping or chair colors?

Yes, our standard draping is luxury white/cream. Accent colors (for table runners, bows, balloon backdrops) can be custom-matched to your theme (e.g. gold, blush, emerald, royal blue, etc.) at no extra cost. Please indicate theme colors in the notes.

Are food, drinks, and catering included in the price?

Our packages cover structural setup and rentals only (tents, chairs, tables, visual decor, tableware). We do NOT provide catering services, cakes, food, or drinks. Tableware is provided clean and ready for your caterers.

What happens if it rains on the event day?

All package tiers include professional high-peak, waterproof PVC tents designed to withstand heavy Nairobi rains. Drapes and fabrics are configured inside the tent to keep your setup 100% dry and protected.
