Luxury wedding decor, piece by piece
Signature is our top event package, and the list explains why. Guests sit on designer chairs: Ella Luxe, Jade or Rustic, one per guest. Tables are rustic wood or fully dressed, and each place is set with a premium napkin, a charger plate, gold or silver cutlery and a water goblet. The centrepieces are tall fresh flowers. Overhead, a B-Line tent. At the entrance stand a welcome display and a decorated arch; at the front, a customised board stage and a multi-board balloon backdrop. A Luxe styling cart finishes the room. From 70 guests, festoon lights are strung above the tables; at 160 and more, a chandelier hangs in the tent.
Is this the best wedding decor in Kenya?
Every decorator says theirs is, and the best wedding decorations in Kenya are not settled by a claim. Rather than adjectives, judge it by the list above and by what it costs, and compare that against any other quote item for item: the chair, the cutlery, the tent and the flowers. If another quote looks lower, find out whether it includes the tent and the set-up crew. Ours does, and so does the collection afterwards.
What luxury wedding decor costs here
For 50 guests Signature is KSh 151,900. For 100 it is KSh 279,300; for 200, the largest size, KSh 511,000. Transport is a separate line, worked out from the distance to the venue. A 50% deposit secures the date and the balance is cleared before we unload. Need more than 200 seats, or a mix of pieces the package does not offer? A custom package is quoted item by item.
VIP set-ups for companies
For a company, the same package becomes a VIP set up for the evenings that carry a brand: a gala dinner, an awards night, a VIP launch. The stage takes the speeches and the awards, the welcome display carries the company’s name, and the festoons and chandelier carry the evening once the light goes. For the daytime launch or the staff day, corporate event packages sets out the lighter options.
Cool nights at altitude
Nairobi sits at about 1,795 metres. Days are warm, but Wikipedia’s climate notes say evenings can be cool, and in the June and July season the temperature can fall to around 9 °C. For an evening reception in those months, tell your guests to bring a wrap, ask us about adding lighting, and plan the dancing for before the coldest hour. The tent keeps off the dew; it does not heat the room.
The day of a luxury event setup
There is more to put up in Signature than in the other two packages, so we ask for the venue from the morning. Tent, stage, tables, designer chairs, cutlery, goblets, flowers. All of it is in place before the first guest’s car pulls in. Send the names for the welcome display and the backdrop a few days ahead, along with any spelling that matters to the family or the company. And afterwards? The crew packs every piece and drives it away, because nothing about luxury event decor rentals should leave a tired host stacking chairs at dawn.

Signature is KSh 279,300 for 100 guests and KSh 511,000 for 200, set up and collected. Transport is added by distance.
Can Signature be used for a corporate gala or awards night?
Yes. The stage, the welcome display with your company’s name and the evening lighting suit a gala, an awards night or a VIP launch.
Is the tent included in every package?
Yes, sized to your guest count. Simply Dressed and Styled & Themed come with a canopy or a draped high-peak tent — your choice, same price. Signature uses a B-Line tent.
What is the difference between the three packages?
Simply Dressed seats everyone on dressed chairs at dressed tables, with fresh flowers, a customised balloon backdrop, a welcome stand and a cake table. Styled & Themed adds white Chiavari chairs, a balloon arch at the entrance and a white board stage. Signature brings designer chairs (Ella Luxe, Jade or Rustic), a B-Line tent, gold or silver cutlery with water goblets, tall flower centrepieces, a décor arch, a customised stage and a styling cart.
What if my guest count is between sizes — say 65?
Packages come in sizes of ten, from 10 to 200 guests. Type your exact number and we price the next size up (70 for 65), and show you that we did. Your exact number goes on your quote.
Can I choose the colours and the wording?
Yes. The balloon backdrop is customised for you — pick a palette on this page or describe your own, and give us the words to put on it.
Can I add more, or swap something?
Yes. Add the package, then tap Customise: the Quick Builder opens over the page with your package in it, and you can add lighting, more tables, entertainment or anything from the hire range.
How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% deposit of the quoted total confirms the booking and reserves your date, the equipment and the crew. Until that deposit is received and confirmed, items stay available to other customers — a quotation, a WhatsApp conversation or a provisional date does not hold stock. Payment is by M-Pesa or the method shown on your quotation. A payment screenshot is not treated as cleared until we have received and verified it.
Is transport included in the price?
No, and we say so everywhere rather than hiding it. Transport is quoted as a separate line item, calculated from the distance between our Waiyaki Way warehouse and your venue and the size of truck the booking needs. Nothing about it is hidden — you see the figure on your quotation before you pay anything. It can also depend on the number of trips, road and access conditions, loading requirements and collection time.
Is setup and teardown included in the price?
Yes. Our own crew delivers, sets up, dismantles and collects, and that labour is included in the hire price. What is charged separately is the mileage — see the transport clause. You do not need to wash or clean anything before collection; ordinary cleaning is included.
Can I change my order after paying the deposit?
Yes, and the earlier the better — please give us at least 48 hours where you can. Additions are subject to what is in stock and are invoiced separately; last-minute additions are never guaranteed. Reductions are where it gets more complicated: once we have committed stock, crew and transport to your event, a reduction of more than 10% may not reduce the price proportionally, and customised items already made cannot normally be cancelled.
