How much does an adult birthday party cost?
For thirty guests, Simply Dressed is KSh 33,200, Styled & Themed KSh 37,400 and Signature KSh 104,300. Every price includes our crew setting up, taking down and collecting. The step you will notice is at forty guests. Up to thirty, everything fits under one 50-seater tent with a single-board backdrop; at forty you move to a 100-seater and a double board, so Simply Dressed goes to KSh 44,800. If your list sits around thirty-five, it is worth asking us which side of that line you really are on. Transport is added by distance, a 50% deposit holds the date, and the balance is cleared before we unload.
Birthdays, anniversaries and the rest
Most bookings are birthdays, the 21st through the 60th. The backdrop carries the name and the number. Yet nothing about the set-up is birthday-only, and the same packages dress an anniversary dinner, an engagement or a proposal setup, a homecoming, a retirement send-off, or the family get-together where three generations need a seat and someone needs a spot to stand and speak. For a surprise party, the birthday decorations go up while the guest of honour is somewhere else. Choose a colour story when you book. Fresh flowers and balloon shades vary a little between batches, so expect a table very close to your colours rather than an exact match to a screen. After dark in Nairobi
Nairobi sits almost on the equator, so evenings come early whatever the month. In 2026 the sun goes down between 6:22pm, from late October into early November, and 6:53pm in mid-February. Dinner at seven? That is a party in the dark. Signature from seventy guests brings festoon lights strung over the tables, and the biggest sizes add a chandelier. For a smaller evening party, add a run of fairy lights or festoons from the hire list, and ask where your nearest socket is before the day.
What you still bring
The packages dress the space. They do not feed it. Food, drinks, the cake and the music are yours to arrange, and the buffet tables are left dressed and ready for whoever is cooking. Because the hire runs for 24 hours counted from the moment the set-up is finished, an afternoon set-up for an evening party costs nothing extra. If you need more seats than the package gives, or a bigger tent for a rainy month, add them to the quote.
